I moved to the other side of Cubist Town over the summer and I’ve only just got my crafting shit sorted … here are a couple of recent projects:
Blimey, it’s been a long time hasn’t it. I won’t dwell on it, best to just get blogging.
I did some green creating this week when I spent a long lunch break volunteering at Thornhill Bridge Community Garden. Actually, it wasn’t so much creating as destroying, but I guess we were creating a lovely place for people to walk and enjoy the surrounding area.
It was strangely therapeutic; sweeping up leaves, cutting down dead ivy, clearing rubbish… I’m looking forward to our next foray.
I never thought I’d be making a dishcloth, but I did, and it doesn’t look too bad. It’s made from the Dragonfly Washcloth pattern on Ravelry.
